Storm related power disruption is almost completely resolved for Tasmania’s south with a few exceptions, while there are still thousands of disruptions in the north and north west.
Premier Rockliff today announced some grant relief for those power customers who qualify.
“Tasmanian households who have been without power for at least 72 hours will be able to apply for a $350 emergency grant and that will support them getting their food back in their fridges and those essentials as well.”
