Ulverstone will host a unique attraction in December which is expected to attract visitors from all over the state with the establishment of a temporary ice skating rink at the wharf precinct.
The event, to be known as Summer On Ice – Get Your Skates on with Degree C, will transform the wharf precinct into a magical Christmas wonderland for families from December 10th to 26th.
The ice rink will operate seven days a week, except for Christmas Day, and the experience will also feature a number of family-friendly activities outside, including lawn games.
Central Coast Mayor Cheryl Fuller says Christmas is a time for joy and celebration and with Summer on Ice, the council wants to create something truly special event for the community.
