Gunns Plains Indoor Woodchop
The upcoming Indoor Woodchop Night is being held FRIDAY JULY 31st from 7.pm at the Gunns Plains Hall. Doors open from 6.pm.
The Indoor Woodchop is a unique Tasmanian family night of fun and entertainment by some of Tasmania’s most famous woodchopping heroes and heroines, as well as some very talented young stars.
The host for the night is none other than the great DAVID FOSTER. He will introduce a range of axemen and women including Henry, Michael and Nigel Maine, plus three top female woodchoppers, and 13-year-old Charlie Clark, and other top names in the sport.
There will be freshly made delicious hot soups, toasties, pies, sausage rolls and snacks, tea and coffee, cold drinks etc, as well as a small bar.
Admission is only $5 for adults and kids free, and all proceeds go to the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our community hall.
There will be a huge raffle with some outstanding prizes, plus there will be a lucky door prize, thanks to the very generous sponsors.
