Youth, Family and Community Connections

Youth, Family, Community Connections is a non-profit organisation providing a range of support to youth and families across the North West of Tasmania.

This organisation seeks to promote healthy family, healthy youth and healthy communities through a series of initiatives and strategies including an integrated family support service, youth focus accommodation and transitional outreach program, youth drug service and drug diversion initiative and a partnership with schools to help support families that are struggling with such issues.

They provide family crisis assistance, counselling including for drugs and alcohol and there’s a great place for young people called The Junction.2016
