Camille's Restaurant menu is written and prepared by Executive Chef Fabien Lefrancois who, having cooked and trained across both Europe and Australia, now resides here in Tasmania's North.
All produce is sourced through local Tasmanian suppliers and businesses, highlighted by the world-class beef from Cape Grim in the state's north west. Pure waters, rich volcanic soil, and untouched winds create perfect organic and farming conditions completely unique to the region.
Bistro Camille is open Monday to Saturday from 6pm for dinner, and from 7am til 10am for breakfast & coffee. Children's meals and specific dietary requirements are catered for.
