Tasmania’s Housing Minister’s dropped into a construction project in Burnie to promote the state government’s 10,000 new social and affordable homes by 2032.
Master Builder’s State President Vonette Mead also checked out the site today.
“We know Tasmanians need more houses, certainly the building and construction industry is at the ready to get the job done, our industry employs over 25,000 full time workers, that’s one in nine workers in the state.”
