Coastal dairy producers have been recognised among the best in the state in the Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards.
The awards, covering dairy, beverages, tea and coffee, were presented at the Dairy Industry of Australia Association dinner in Devonport.
Tasmanian Buffalo at Preston won the award for champion dairy other products for its buffalo milk.

La Cntara Artisan Cheeses at Smithton won reserve champion cheese for its Queso de Mano Venezuelan curd cheese, while Van Diemens Land Ice Creamery at Elizabeth Town won reserve champion ice cream with its pepperberry and leatherwood honey ice cream.
