Council meetings ramping up for 2024

The wheels of Local Government on the North-West Coast are slowly starting to pick up speed again as Coastal councils plan the year ahead following the festive holiday break.

The Latrobe Council will be the first cab off the rank, holding the first of its 12 monthly council meetings tonight (Monday, January 13).

It won’t be the only Coastal council meeting this week, with Circular Head to follow suit on Thursday night.

Devonport, Waratah-Wynyard, and Central Coast will all hold their first council meeting for 2024 next Monday, January 22nd.

Kentish will follow with its first monthly meeting next Tuesday, with Burnie’s first meeting scheduled for the following week, on Tuesday, January 30th.
