Kelcey Tier Road at Spreyton remains closed while damaged power poles are repaired.
Emergency services worked overnight to remove a fallen tree on the road, with efforts continuing this morning to clear broken powerlines and infrastructure.
Tasnetworks estimates power will be restored this afternoon to the more than one hundred residents still in the dark.
