Feedback sought on housing strategy

Residents will be able to have a further say about the Central Coast Council’s 20-year Our Homes Our Future planning strategy at a series of events this week and next for which is the largest residential plan in Tasmania currently under consideration.

The council published a housing draft strategy last year for Ulverstone, Penguin, Forth, Turners Beach, Preservation Bay and Sulphur Creek, which received more than 500 respondents, with an update to be provided at an on-line webinar and Q and A session on Wednesday night.

Drop-in sessions will also be held next week at Ulverstone, Penguin and Forth.

Central Coast Mayor Cheryl Fuller says more and more people are wanting to live in Central Coast.
