Farmers from Tasmania’s North West Coast claim a private hydro system at Nietta is flooding their properties for seven months of the year.
The group says it’s gotten nowhere with complaints to government departments about the mini-hydro, part-owned by former Liberal Braddon MP Chris Miles.
Landowner and Ulverstone lawyer Glynn Williams is not ruling out legal action.
