Devonport-based Petuna Seafoods has been recognised in the Tasmanian Fine Food Awards.
The aquaculture and seafood processing company, which processes around 500 tonnes of fish a year grown in Macquarie Harbour on the West Coast, received the champion seafood category for its Petuna Ocean Trout.
Southern-based business Tasmanian Oyster Company, was named reserve champion for its Jon’s Reserve Pacific Oyster.
