The RUOK? Conversation Convoy hits the North-West Coast on Tuesday, following on from last Friday’s National RUOK? Day.
The R U OK? Conversation Convoy travels to regional communities around the country to help Australians understand the important role they can play in looking out for their friends, family and colleagues.
It’s seen as a key component of RUOK? Day, spreading the message about the importance of mental health, staying connected and having conversations which can help others through difficult times.

The convoy rolled into Smithton on Tuesday for a barbecue lunch at the Circular Head Community and Recreation Centre, with a barbecue breakfast at the Circular Head Council Chambers to follow on Wednesday morning.
The convoy will head to other parts of the state, before returning to the North-West Coast on September 28th for a combined barbecue lunch at Ulverstone at the Gnomon Pavillion with Mr Perfect, Men Care Too and North West Mates.
A barbecue lunch will be held at Market Square in Devonport on October 2nd, with a breakfast at Ulverstone Mowers and Chainsaws two days later on October 4th.
