Devonport’s Asuka Doi, who scored two goals, was named player of the match, while Grace Sims also kicked two goals, with Whitney Knight also finding the back of the net in the second half dominated by the home side, making it cup success for the second year in a row.

Devonport players were presented their premiership medals by Premier Jeremy Rockliff, who earlier opened the Devonport Soccer Club’s new $7.5 million grandstand facility at the Valley Road Ground.

Meanwhile, the men’s Lakoseljac Cup final, which was also played in Devonport on Monday, saw South Hobart winning the silverware, defeating South East United, 3-2.
