Investigations are underway following the sudden death of a man in East Devonport.
Emergency services were called to Pardoe Road at around 6am this morning (28th August, 2022) after a man was found deceased on the side of the road, near a vehicle.
Officers from CIB, Forensics and Uniform squads are scouring through the scene, carrying out examinations into the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.

Another man has been taken into custody, to assist police with enquiries.
Police are asking anyone with information that may help the investigation to call Devonport Police on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
