Can a Burger be "Tech"? - The Impossible Burger 2.0

When you think of Technology it's easy to get caught up in the "electronics" of it all. So when you say a burger has the latest technology it's easy to think that you are about to chip your tooth on a computer chip.

Impossible Foods are the creator of the fully plant-based meat and dairy products that aim to give people the full flavour taste and benefits that you get from meat and dairy with a much smaller environmental footprint.

(this video is from a year ago but shows the features of the Impossible Burger that has now been improved)

The company debuted the Impossible Burger 2.0 at CES 2019 and it's a fully plant based burger that is also "kosher" and "halal-certified". It contains no gluten and 0 mg of cholesterol but has as much iron and protein as traditional beef.

I know right.. living up to the "impossible" name.

Many youtuber have put the burger to the test and found it to be a tasty and healthy option.

CNET have this behind the scenes look at what it takes to get to the Impossible Burger 2.0.

It certainly is the most technically advanced burger that I've ever seen and totally redefines how I look at technology.
