A development application for a new childcare center in Penguin will be considered by Central Coast Council at next Mondays meeting, where it’s recommended councilors vote to approve the center destined for 134 Ironcliffe road.
The proposal includes the demolition of an existing dwelling and the construction of a child care center building which would accommodate 96 children cared for by 18 full time staff.
The plan features five indoor play rooms catering for 3 different age groups, an art and music room and accessible bathrooms.
