The Devonport march will leave the Aboriginal Health Centre in Best Street at 11.30 am and head East down Best Street to Market Square for the rally.

The rally will include a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony and a diverse range of speakers, including Greens MP Vica Bailey, Aboriginal Land Council, manager Rebecca Digby, Wynyard student Dieter Linden, and university lecturer Adel Yousif.

Event co-ordinator Krystelle Jordan says the Devonport march and rally is gaining more attention and getting bigger every year.
